Approach: I’m trained in a range of approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT Levels 1 & 2), the Gottman Method (Levels 1 & 2) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Alongside talk therapy, I am also a certified music therapist (MTA). Creative modalities, such as music, can offer a powerful and meaningful way to explore emotions—especially when words feel out of reach. While these approaches and modalities help guide my work, I enter each therapeutic relationship with the understanding that each person’s journey is unique.
