Having navigated my own journey of mental health and neurodiversity, I have grown to appreciate the transformative power of stories. Therapy provided a sanctuary to share my narrative with a compassionate listener, helping me organize my experiences and engage meaningfully with the world. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and holistic, integrating various evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I take a person-centred approach by collaborating closely with my clients, honouring your self-knowledge and personal wisdom while applying my expertise to foster meaningful change.

Every day, I intentionally work to facilitate an anti-oppressive practice and neurodiversity-affirming space where all identities are valued.
